Nobody likes paperwork, but it helps our repair center stay organized.
Please download, print and fill out our repair form. This file also contains our terms of repair. Please read the terms of repair fully before filling out the repair form. If you are sending more than one watch, please also print out an Additional Watch Form for each additional watch.
We suggest shipping via USPS Priority Mail. The square 7x7x6 inch boxes and small flat rate boxes seem to work the best. Both boxes are available at your local post office. It is up to you if you would like to insure the package.
Please include the following;
-Your watch
-Our completed repair form (just the form, it is not necessary to send the terms of repair)
Please DO NOT include
-The retail box
-Any paperwork or booklets that came with the watch (unless we request otherwise)
-Microfiber cloths/bags, or towels of any sort
-Cash, checks, money orders or any other form of currency
Packing
We suggest wrapping your watch in bubble wrap so there is at least 2 inches of protection on all sides. If your watch is on a bracelet, make sure to put a strip of plastic or bubble wrap in between the back of the watch and the bracelet. If you have a vintage or other non water resistant watch, it may be a good idea to seal it in a ziploc bag to keep any moisture out.
Place the watch (inside of the ball of bubble wrap) inside of the box and surround it with crumpled paper, air packets, or more bubble wrap. We ask that you do not use foam packing peanuts as they make a large mess and are bad for the environment. Fill the box completely so that the watch cannot move once the box is closed.
Place the completed repair form near the top of the package and seal the box with plenty of tape.
Once you submit your repair inquiry (the form at the top of the page) we will evaluate your request. You should receive an email in 2-3 days with further instructions for mailing your watch, a general quote, or a request for more information.
Once you receive the email containing our shipping address, you may go ahead and drop your watch off at the post office. Priority mail usually takes 2-3 days but can take 5 or more if delays are encountered. Please keep an eye on tracking to see if your package has arrived. Our P.O. box is checked twice weekly. Once we pick up your watch, we will evaluate it and further revise our quote or provide a quote if we have not done so already. This process can take 3-5 days from the time that your watch is delivered to our P.O. box.
Once you receive and approve the estimate for repair, we will begin working on your watch. Time frames will vary based on the type of repair that is needed. You should have a estimate of the repair time included in your quote.
Once the repair of your watch is finished, you will receive an invoice in your email via Square. Please pay this invoice using a credit or debit card. If you wish to pay by check, please contact us. Once the invoice is paid we will begin packaging your watch for shipping. Your watch will be returned to you via USPS Priority Mail (if you selected insurance, your package will be insured for the declared value of the watch). You will receive an email with tracking information and you should receive your watch in the next 5-7 days.
