Of course! If you are on the hunt for a particular watch, please contact us with details of what you are looking for. We are constantly searching for watches for our inventory and would be happy to keep an eye out for you.
How accurate will my watch be after service?
Accuracy standards vary from watch to watch. Accuracy can be effected by many factors including service history, the age of the watch, and the wearing habits of the owner. During service, we will regulate your watch within factory specifications or as accurately as the watch will allow, depending on the circumstances.
How often should my watch be serviced?
For a watch that is worn regularly, we suggest a service interval of 5 years. This can vary depending on the watch and how often it is used. If your watch starts showing symptoms of needing a service (gaining/loosing time, short power reserve) it is best to stop using the watch and send it in for service as soon as possible.
Do you offer pressure testing?
We do not offer pressure testing as an individual service. We do offer 6 BAR (equivalent to 200 feet underwater) wet testing in combination with other services, such as a gasket service or replacement of certain components.
Can you tell me more about my vintage watch?
We are happy to assist in researching your vintage watch. Please inform us that you would like more information when sending your watch in for repair. Some brands have better records that others. We can often provide production years, and may be able to provide much more in depth information depending on the brand. We can assist in obtaining historical information from many major brands (some brands charge for this service).
