Right On Time Watches One year service warranty

Watches serviced* by Right On Time Watches are guaranteed for one year from the date of service completion against defects in workmanship or replaced parts. Watches are guaranteed to run within a reasonable standard of accuracy within the warranty period (as determined by Right On Time Watches). If a defect is determined by Right On Time Watches to fall within the scope of the warranty, a partial or full service will be completed to resolve the issue. Warranty is subject to change without notice. Right On Time Watches reserves the right to invalidate warranties or deny warranty claims. Warranty only applies to watches within the United States. International repairs and warranty claims are not accepted. 

Warranty does not cover:

-General wear and tear including scratches, dents, marks, chips, plating wear, etc.

-Damage caused by water, moisture, extreme humidity, or other liquids. Vintage watches should not be exposed to water in any form. Modern watches should not be exposed to water unless all gaskets have been replaced within the past 3 years. Any water resistance test performed by Right On Time Watches is not a guarantee of water resistance as watches are tested in a static pressure chamber under precise and controlled conditions. 

-Damage to the exterior of the watch including the case, bracelet, crystal, crown, clasp, or any other exterior parts not due to a defect in workmanship or replaced parts.

-Damage caused by dropping, banging, collision or other impact

-Damage caused by magnetism or extreme changes in air pressure

-Intentional damage or destruction, or careless use resulting in damage or destruction. 

-Any damage or destruction caused by activities determined to be outside the normal and safe scope of use for the watch.

-Any watch that has been opened by any person or watchmaker other than those employed by Right On Time Watches. Removal of the case back by anyone other than Right On Time Watches will void any warranty that was previously in place.

Right On Time Watches does not cover shipping the watch to our facility for repair. Shipping the watch to Right On Time Watches is the responsibility of the customer. Right On Time Watches will ship the watch back to you free of charge once the repair is complete. 

*  "Serviced" includes the following services: movement service (mechanical or quartz full service, not including batteries or capacitors), movement service as part of a restoration package, Accutron movement service (not including batteries).
