Please download, print and fill out our repair form. This file also contains our terms of repair. Please read the terms of repair fully before filling out the repair form. If you are sending more than one watch, please also print out an Additional Watch Form for each additional watch.
PACKAGES WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER WITHOUT REPAIR IF A REPAIR FORM IS NOT INCLUDED
Please include the following:
-Your watch
-Our completed repair form
Please DO NOT include:
-The retail box
-Any paperwork or booklets that came with the watch
-Microfiber cloths/bags, or towels of any sort
-Cash, checks, money orders or any other form of currency
WATCHES RECEIVED WITHOUT REPAIR FORMS WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER
