Please keep an eye on tracking to see if your package has arrived. Our P.O. box is checked multiple times per week (typically Monday and Friday, sometimes Wednesday). Once we pick up your watch, we will evaluate it and send a final estimate for your approval. This process typically takes 1-3 days from when your watch is picked up from the PO Box.
Once you receive and approve the estimate for repair, we will begin working on your watch. Time frames will vary based on the type of repair that is needed. You should have a estimate of the repair time included in your quote.
Once the repair of your watch is finished, you will receive an invoice in your email via Square. Please pay this invoice using a credit or debit card. If you wish to pay by check, please contact us. Once the invoice is paid we will begin packaging your watch for shipping.
Your watch will be returned to you via USPS Priority Mail (if you selected insurance, your package will be insured for the declared value of the watch).
-If the package is insured for $1000 or more, a signature will be required for delivery.
-Watches insured for $5000 or more will be sent via registered mail.
You will receive an email with tracking information and you should receive your watch in the next 5-7 days.
